中国式现代化创造了人类文明新形态，决定着中国现代性话语的实然状态。中国式现代化话语体系的建构，有中国特色社会主义的伟大实践作为现实基础、中国特色社会主义理论体系的科学指导作为学理支撑、“言必行、行必果”的中国共产党作为话语信用条件和国际社会对中国声音的强烈呼唤作为话语环境，但同时也面临着西方话语霸权、话语概念范畴表述能力不足和话语对外传播水平不高等多重困境。理论主题、基本范畴、逻辑主线、价值内核等具体内容构成了中国式现代化话语体系的结构要素，明确了“建构一个什么样的现代化话语体系”的基本问题。建构中国式现代化话语体系，应推进中国式现代化实践发展，做到言之有据；应推进中国式现代化理论创新，做到言之有理；应打造融通中外的新概念、新范畴、新表述，做到言之有术；应全方位多途径提升话语国际传播效能，做到言之有方。

Chinese-style modernization has created a new form of human civilization and determined the actual state of the discourse of Chinese modernity. The construction of the discourse system of Chinese-style modernization has the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the realistic basis,the scientific guidance of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the theoretiscal support, the CPC as the discourse credit condition and the strong call of the international community for Chinese voice as the discourse environment.But at the same time, it also faces multiple dilemmas, such as the hegemony of Western discourse, insufficient ability to express the concept of the discourse, and low level of discourse communication to the external world. The theoretical theme, basic categories, logical main lines, value core and other specific contents constitute the structural elements of the discourse system of Chinese-style modernization,and clarify the basic question of "what kind of modern discourse system to build". To construct a Chinese-style modernization discourse system, we should promote the development of Chinese-style modernization practice and make sure that the discourse is well-founded,promote the theoretical innovation of Chinese-style modernization and make sure the discourse stands the reason,create new concepts, new categories and new expressions that integrate China and foreign countries, so as to achieve skillfulness in external communication, and improve the effectiveness of international discourse communication in an all-round and multichannel manner, so as to be well-spoken.
